Possible Problems & Solution
Invalid Version ID
See File Format Specification of Area Input Files. Open the file in a text editor and correct the format.
Vertical Stretch is not correct
For using a vertical grid layout|telescoping grid, the stretch factor must be between 0 and 20%.
File defines no Soils
You have forgotten to define soils in your file. ENVI-met takes the default soil profile (which is the first profile found in PROFILS.DAT) for all grids. Although that works you should define soils in your Area Input File.
