A-A5-a: Create Grid
Builds the grid of the model area.
Possible Problems & Solution:
ENVI-met reports captured grids:
Captured grids are single, free grid cells which are totally neighbored by occupied grid cells (see also here)
ENVI-met warns about this, but normally they do not cause problems.
ENVI-met cannot find a good spacing between the top of the 3D model and 2500:
