[SOLARADJUST] Section

Purpose

Solar adjustment is a new feature of ENVI-met 3.1. It allows to adjust the shortwave solar radiation calculated by ENVI-met to your situation.

For certain locations it might be the case that the solar energy fluxes estimated by the internal methods of ENVI-met are systematically too high or too low. In this case, you can adjust these values from 50% to 150% of the value calculated by ENVI-met.

In order to find out the best value, you can use the Preview Radiation function of the interface.

Please note, that in this version you can only scale the complete daily cycle, not individual hours.
