The shortwave albedo for natural soils (unsealed soils) and water is calculated inside ENVI-met using the soil wetness and the sun elevation angle respectively. You can set these value to “0.00” in the database.
For soil profiles with a sealed soil at the uppermost layer, you must enter a valid albedo in the database.
