Calculates the surface temperature and humidity at the soil surface and at walls and roofs. 

===== Possible Problems & Solution =====
**The facade or roof temperature exceed the range from 270 to 400 K and was reset to 293 K.** \\
This sometimes happens, but only very rare and over a very limited time and also over only a few grid points . \\
As we do not know the reason for this at the moment, we cannot give clues how to change it. \\
Anyway, resetting the temperature to 293 normally solves the problem.
